Staying at school over the winter holiday? Live nearby but want to drop by your dorm throughout break? Need a place to hide Christmas gifts until the morning of?
Well I’ve got you covered. This year, ASU is offering free on-campus housing over the break. In the past it has cost around $400 to live in your dorm room during the winter holiday but no more!
This year students can sign up to live on-campus during the holidays for free.
This means that if you aren’t making the flight home or if you simply want to leave the option open to pop by your room and pick up a few things over the break, you can!
In order to sign up for this service, you have to log into you MyASU page and click on “Housing and Dining.”
At the bottom of the tab there is a link that says “Customize Housing.” Click on that and it will take you to a page with several options, one of which is “Winter Break Housing.” Just click on that link and after a few more clicks you are all set up.
ASU will send you a follow-up e-mail to confirm your housing request and in the email you’ll receive some tips and guidelines for what to do and what not to do for the break.
